    At Greenline Plumbing Supplies Ltd, we want customers to have a great shopping experience. However, we understand that sometimes things can go wrong. That's why we offer a hassle-free return policy to make things right. Here's what customers should do in case of the following scenarios:

    Damaged Item

    If a customer receives a damaged item, please contact us within 72 hours of receiving it. We'll ask for photos of the damaged item and packaging, and we'll work with you to resolve the issue. We may offer a replacement, a refund, or a store credit, depending on the situation. All the requests must be submitted via email to: onlineorders@greenlineps.com

    Incorrect Item

    If a customer receives an incorrect item that they ordered, please contact us within 72 hours of receiving it. We'll ask for photos of the incorrect item and packaging, and we'll work with you to resolve the issue. We may offer a replacement, a refund, or a store credit, depending on the situation.     Missing Item

    If a customer receives a delivery with a missing item, please contact us within 72 hours of receiving it. We'll investigate the issue and work with our shipping partners to locate the missing item. If we're unable to locate the missing item, we may offer a replacement, a refund, or a store credit, depending on the situation. All the requests must be submitted via email to: onlineorders@greenlineps.com

    Return Item

    To initiate a return or exchange, please contact our customer service team on onlineorders@greenlineps.com. Please provide your order number and the reason for the return or exchange. We'll provide you with instructions on how to proceed your return.

    • Products must be returned within 14 days from the day of delivery.
    • The product must be unused, undamaged and in its original packaging.
    • The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs unless the item is defective, damaged or if we made an error in the order.

    Once we receive your returned item, we'll inspect it to ensure it meets our return policy criteria. If everything checks out, we will issue a refund to the original item cost only (not including the shipping), within 7-10 business days. If you opt for an exchange, we will send you the replacement item as soon as possible.

    Please note that we cannot accept returns or exchanges for certain items, such as personalised or customized products. We also reserve the right to reject returns or exchanges that do not meet our return policy requirements.
