If a customer receives a delivery with a missing item, please contact us within 72 hours of receiving it. We'll investigate the issue and work with our shipping partners to locate the missing item. If we're unable to locate the missing item, we may offer a replacement, a refund, or a store credit, depending on the situation. To initiate a return or exchange, please contact our customer service team on onlineorders@greenlineps.com. Please provide your order number and the reason for the return or exchange. We'll provide you with instructions on how to proceed your return.
Once we receive your returned item, we'll inspect it to ensure it meets our return policy criteria. If everything checks out, we will issue a refund to the original item cost only (not including the shipping), within 7-10 business days.
