Delivery & Collection Policy

Greenline Plumbing Supplies is committed to providing customers with fast and reliable delivery. Therefore, this allows us to make sure that customers can enjoy the best possible shopping experience. Here is what customers can expect from us on our delivery policy:
Shipping Options
The shipping options and prices are displayed at the checkout. Customers choose the one that works best for them.
Processing Time
We aim to process and ship orders as quickly as possible. In most cases, we process and ship orders within 1-2 business days. However, some items may require longer processing times, and customers shall be notified of any delays.
Collections
Once your order has been completely processed, you will receive a notification informing you that your order is available for collection at the chosen pickup location. Kindly refrain from visiting the pickup point unless you have been notified that your order is ready for pickup.
Shipping Time
The shipping time depends on the shipping option chosen and location. Standard shipping usually takes 3-5 business days. Please note however, that these are estimated delivery times. Actual delivery times may vary due to factors beyond our control.
Shipping Partners
We partner with reputable shipping companies to ensure that orders are delivered safely and on time. Customers receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. This allows customers to track their order progress.
Shipping Fees
The shipping fees depend on the shipping option chosen, the weight and size of the order, and location. The shipping fees are displayed at the checkout. Customers can review them before completing a purchase.
- For smaller orders up to 30kg we use Fastway couriers. The flat fee is €10 for all orders under 30kg. (Excluding fragile products)
- Orders over 30kg or fragile products have a flat fee cost of €50
- Orders over €900 qualify for free shipping
- We also offer free local pick up in our Navan and Cavan branches
We only deliver Monday to Friday, excluding Bank Holiday.
